Governance
$RGRIDRobinGrid's escrow and reputation logic already runs on-chain. Community governance over the protocol itself, backed by the $RGRID token (fees, dispute policy, treasury), is on the roadmap, not live yet. This page describes the intended design.
Protocol fee
A small percentage of each job's payout is intended to route to a treasury controlled by governance, rather than a single operator.
Parameter voting
$RGRID-weighted voting is planned to cover protocol parameters such as the take rate, dispute review policy, and minimum provider stake.
Dispute escalation
Beyond admin-reviewed disputes, a governance-elected arbitration panel is planned for cases either party wants to escalate further.
