Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

The service

RobinGrid is a marketplace that matches compute jobs submitted by consumers with GPU hardware offered by node providers. RobinGrid facilitates the match and payout; it doesn't own or operate the underlying hardware.

Consumer responsibilities

You're responsible for the containers you deploy. Don't submit workloads that are illegal, attempt to breach node sandboxing, or violate a node provider's acceptable use terms.

Provider responsibilities

You're responsible for the uptime and configuration of hardware you register. Misrepresenting node specs (GPU model, VRAM, bandwidth) or accepting jobs you can't complete may affect your reputation score or eligibility for future bids.

Payments and escrow

Payment for a job is locked in escrow when a job is accepted and released to the provider on verified completion. Refunds and disputes are handled per the flow described in the Console and reviewed by RobinGrid admins.

Availability

RobinGrid is provided as-is, without uptime guarantees, while in active development. Features, pricing, and APIs may change.

Limitation of liability

RobinGrid isn't liable for job failures, data loss, or losses arising from node provider behavior, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
